Hopefully you managed to enjoy Christmas Day without too many problems and anxiety. I think that over the past number of years, the media has been responsible for far too much pressure on creating the "perfect" Christmas and maybe having to refocus on what is actually important might be one of the positive results of the 2020 restrictions?

Of course, that is easy for me to say, as our family, whilst even separated in its various groups, was at one in being able to support each other. I love my family and friends!
