Powerful image. You will know how incredibly challenging the last few years have been for me. This is really the way to get through the challenges. Anything like being in your beautiful garden, for me it’s being in amongst nature, meditating and doing yoga drops me into the present moment. And it works. The mindfulness can be as simple as ‘I am digging the soil, I am making a new home to grow this beautiful herb. I am lovingly placing the earth around it so that it can grow in its richness. I am watering this plant.
